- Rupinder dhillon Added April 02, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I don’t know, why people posted negative comments about Dr Bhatti. It was my first time with Dr Bhatti. My daughter had fever and blocked nose . The way he dealt with her was caring and very friendly.I can tell with my experience he is very knowledgeable and experienced doctor. The only thing was I walk in and have to wait for one hour as my 18 months little one got grumpy. But very satisfied with Dr Bhatti service.

Receptionist was very rude ! “there’s nothing i can do” “on my system we trued to contact you” i didn’t get any messaged or call from them. no apologies given at all! Worst customer service. This happened 1.30pm 19/10. Whoever the receptionist was should be told off by the manager. Very upsetting!

He goes out of his way to use his time and resources to try different things to help and reassure which has been much appreciated during this challenging time

He explained what he was doing all the way through and provided clear instructions on what needs to be done for recovery. Overall, outstanding work and I would highly recommend.

When try to book appointments online it asked for if u have symptoms like FLU do not visit and call the practice. Patient call the practice each time 30-40 minutes wait or sometimes even more how ridiculous is that! Upon answer some of the reception staff is very rude. They definitely needs training to improve customer service.
