  Extremely happy with the clinic.. staff are very polite and friendly, dr ivan is easy to talk to and he listens, having moved here from box hill nth, I'm very happy that i have found this clinic. Positive vibe all around

  Terrible experience. I'm ever going back there. The doctor was so dismissive and disrespectful. What a massive waste of my morning.

  Dr I.v.a.n does not have the basic medical knowledge that you'd expect a doctor to have. We went there to ask about general knowledge of a general medical term, and he told us we shouldn't be asking him because he was "not a specialist". The information we were after was indeed quite basic and general (We ended up obtaining this information easily from the next GP we went to see, which proves it was general medical knowledge). The doctor at this clinic genuinely seemed like he couldn't be bothered. He even asked us why we went to that clinic instead of our local one in our own suburb, and requested that once we get the blood test results, to not come back to see him because he didn't have the answers. Could not recommend this doctor any less. I wish the best of luck to any of his patients who have a genuine health concern. (However, if you are there just to get a medical certificate, you'll be fine). Worst experience and a waste of time.

  The receptionist deserves 5 stars... The doctor looks but doesn't see...he hears but doesn't listen, he speaks & says nothing.. my experience with him has been quite negative in fact I find him quite a bombastic person...good luck in ever getting treatment not just getting the treatment.. I would give him less then one star...mmm maybe a black hole... Like a collapsed star!
